Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with INPNP. We strive to provide the highest quality products and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange as per the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact and included in the return.
  • Final Sale items (e.g., sale or discounted items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at inpnp06@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we will send you the replacement item once we receive the original item.
  • If the item you want to exchange for is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards, Intimates, and Accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Late Returns

  • Items returned outside the 30-day window may be eligible for store credit or exchange only, depending on the condition of the item and at our discretion.
